S’pore minister at Africa Summit as special invitee

A senior Singaporean minister will visit New Delhi to attend the ongoing third India-Africa Forum Summit (IAFS) after India invited the country as one of two non-African 'Special Invitees'. Josephine Teo, 47, the Senior Minister of State at the Prime Minister's Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Transport, will be in India from October 28 to 30, the Foreign Ministry on Wednesday.
