South MCD transfers chit challan cases

South Delhi Municipal Corporation has decided to transfer the chit challan cases in areas under its jurisdiction.
It has been decided that the chit challan cases of west municipal zone be withdrawn from the court of municipal magistrate in Rohini and be assigned to the court of metropolitan magistrate (Traffic), West, Tis Hazari Court, a senior SDMC official said. Similarly, chit challan cases of south and central municipal zones be withdrawn from the court of municipal magistrate, Dwarka and assigned to the court of metropolitan magistrate (Traffic), South, Saket and metropolitan magistrate (Traffic), south-east, Saket respectively, he said.
