Slain LeT commander’s brothers detained in J&K

Two brothers of a slain LeT commander were on Wednesday detained by police when they were roaming around the venue of Independence Day celebrations here under suspicious circumstances.

"We have detained two persons who were roaming near the <g data-gr-id="10">historical</g> Chowgan Ground, the site for flag hoisting on August 15, under suspicious circumstances. They were dressed as women with one of them wearing a 'burqa', police said. The detainees have been identified as Jamal Din and Abdul Karim, brothers of LeT Commander Habib <g data-gr-id="12">Gujjar,</g> and are being interrogated.
