Showcasing passion

To elaborate on the same, artists from all over India have come together to exhibit their works at the ITC Sheraton Hotel, Saket, in the national Capital.

The exhibition titled - ‘Palettes De La Passion’ which began on May 28 will be on till June 6. Four diverse artists are participating in the show include Jo Singh, Vijay Sawhney, M Veera Bhadra Charii and Pratiksha Parulekar Shinde. 

Jo Singh, expresses herself through a series of portraits in acrylics and evocative, spirited horses in charcoal. Vijay Sawhney, an astrologer for 40 years, depicts the beginnings of life at a cellular level through mixed media, imagery and water colour. 

M Veera Bhadra Charii, former Naval officer who won the Op Vijay medal, shares his experience of war and its aftermath through oil on canvas, while Pratiksha Parulekar Shinde, professional artist, expresses her feelings of ‘inner space’ and carrying life inside her through abstract expressionism in bold oil colours.
