Sharif vows to punish killers of children in places of study

Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday chaired a high-level meeting to review security situation in the country and vowed to bring to justice perpetrators of the “heinous” act of killing children in their places of study. Sharif was briefed in detail on the January 20 Bacha Khan University attack in Charsadda that killed 21 people mostly students and the investigations made so far. The Prime Minister reaffirmed the government’s resolve to continue the war on terror until the last terrorist is eliminated from Pakistan’s soil, his office said in a statement.
