Shanmuganathan given addn charge of Manipur Guv

Meghalaya Governor V Shanmuganathan has been given an additional charge of Manipur after the death of incumbent Syed Ahmed Khan. A release stated that Shanmuganathan “will discharge the functions of the Governor of Manipur, in addition to his own duties”.
