19-YR-OLD COMPLAINS OF RAPE BY ‘HUSBAND’
A 25-year-old man was arrested by the Delhi police for raping a 19-year-old girl.
The victim hails from Bihar and was residing in a rented accommodation in south-east Delhi.
She was working in a factory in Okhla Phase-I, where she met the accused, Rahul, who proposed to her several times. One year ago, the couple decided to get married. Soon after marriage, the girl shifted to a new rented accommodation with Rahul. A few days ago the girl got to know that Rahul is previously married and has two children. The girl then lodged a police complaint against him.
62-YR-OLD SEXUALLY ASSAULTS MINOR BOYS
In a shameful incident, two minors were sexually assaulted allegedly by a senior citizen in the Mangolpuri area of outer Delhi on Monday. The accused has been arrested.
According to the police, the incident occurred on Monday evening, when the 62-year-old accused, identified as Ramkishan, a rickshaw-puller, was present in his house in F Block, Mangolpuri. 'Since Ramkishan was watching television and the two boys, aged four and five, went in to see,' said the police. Ramkishan latched the door from inside and began to play pornographic movies on the pretext of showing them cartoons. He then sexually assaulted them.
