Seven Fabindia officials get anticipatory bail

A Goa court on Thursday granted interim anticipatory bail to seven officials of Fabindia, including its CEO and MD, till April 23 in connection with the voyeurism case.
District court judge Desmond D’Costa granted the interim relief to Fabindia’s Managing Director William Bissel, Chief Executive Officer Subrata Dutta and five other officials, their lawyer Raju Poulekar said.
The other company officials who got anticipatory bail are regional manager Ruchira Pujari, marketing chief Ramu Chandra, stores in-charge Kundan Gupta, E-commerce head Arun Naikar and category head Ashima Agarwal. The seven officials had applied for anticipatory bail, after being summoned by Goa police in connection with the voyeurism case.
