SC vacation bench to hear Talwars’ plea on witnesses

The Supreme Court plea of dentist couple Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, accused of murdering daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, for calling 14 witnesses to record their statements in the trial court will be heard by the vacation bench. The Talwars had moved the apex court challenging the order of the special CBI court rejecting their plea for recording statements of 14 witnesses, including the then CBI joint director Arun Kumar.
