Salafist leader killed in Israeli strike: Palestine

An Israeli air strike on the Gaza Strip has killed the coastal enclave’s main Salafist leader and one other activist, Palestinian security sources said. Jordanian national Sheikh Hisham al-Saedini, 43, of the Mujahedeen Shura Council was killed in the attack yesterday in the northern town of Jabaliya, in which a 12-year-old boy, a bystander, was also wounded, the sources said.
