Sachin is digital payment solution firm Oxigen’s brand ambassador

Digital payment solution firm Oxigen Services on Friday said it has signed up India’s legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar as its brand ambassador. “We are absolutely proud and honoured to be associated with the god of cricket himself who is renowned not only in <g data-gr-id="24">India,</g> but across the globe. Together, we are set to take our initiatives towards financial inclusion, Digital India and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan to the next level,” <g data-gr-id="14">Oxigen</g> Services founder and Chairman and Managing Director Pramod Saxena said in a statement. He said that this move is to signal a paradigm shift at <g data-gr-id="15">Oxigen</g> in creating a powerful drive for cashless transactions.
“I am excited to be associated with Oxigen Services which is at the threshold of exponential growth. <g data-gr-id="16">Oxigen’s</g> effort to align with the needs of the common Indian and focus on offering convenience, flexibility and ease in payment solutions is admirable,” Tendulkar said. <g data-gr-id="17">Oxigen</g> created <g data-gr-id="20">digital</g> wallet for transactions in 2008 and is the first non-banking firm to connect with NPCI for instant money transfers. <g data-gr-id="18">Oxigen</g> recently became official sponsors of the South African T20 cricket team, who will be visiting India for the Mahatma Gandhi Nelson Mandela Series this week.
