Rs 20-Lakh cheque given to Udhampur attack martyr’s family

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday handed over a cheque of Rs 20 lakh to the family of BSF constable Rocky who laid down his <g data-gr-id="5">life fighting</g> militants in the recent terror attack at Udhampur in J&K. Rocky’s father Pritpal and mother <g data-gr-id="7">Angrejo</g> Devi received the cheque. On August 5, Rocky had safeguarded the lives of 44 unarmed personnel when he emptied his entire magazine containing 40 bullets at two heavily-armed militants who had attacked the BSF convoy in Udhampur.
