RML hospital suspends BSP MP’s wife from duty

Speaking to Millennium Post, SBS Tyagi, deputy commissioner of police (New Delhi) said, ‘Senior authorities at RML Hospital have asked us to share a detailed criminal record of Jagriti Singh in connection with the murder of her domestic help at her residence at 175, South Avenue apartments. The hospital authorities want us to take strict action against her.’
Tyagi added, ‘On Tuesday evening, we gave a detailed copy of the case, which includes articles published in the newspapers. The case study comprises of the FIR copy, post-mortem report of the deceased domestic help, Jagriti’s medical status, as she was undergoing psychiatric treatment for anger management, statements from other servants and maids who bore the brunt of her actions.’
Sources in the hospital said, ‘A special panel was made to look into the case seriously as we do not want any criminals or doctors undergoing psychiatric treatment as part of our staff. The panel has studied the case in depth and despite the fact that Singh was a topper in her Bachelors of Dental Surgery course, we have decided to suspend her.’
Singh was working at RML Hospital as senior dentist. Her violent behavior began in 2012, when she contested and lost the assembly elections in UP.
