Rihanna turns up the heat with a completely see-through dress

At the annual Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards, Rihanna ensured that all eyes were on her as she turned up at the event wearing a see-through sheer dress. She was named 2014’s Fashion Icon at the Council of Fashion Designers of America awards in NY on Monday.
Riri chose to go topless and flaunt her assets through the see-through crystal embedded dress.
The pop singer won the Fashion Icon award at the event and even though she is nursing a break up after her split with Drake, she smiled for the shutterbugs in her dress. Riri’s costume designer Adam Selman designed her custom dress, made out of a mesh of 216,000 Swarovski crystals.
