Reliance Telecom slams 2G court summons to Anil, Tina in SC

Reliance Telecom Ltd, one of the three companies named as accused in the case, on Monday told the Supreme Court that the trial court wrongly exercised its power in allowing the plea of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to make ADA Group chairman Anil Ambani and his wife Tina Ambani along with 11 others witnesses in the case.
