Rajpath to turn into Yoga camp on June 21

The Centre government is burning <g data-gr-id="17">mid night</g> oil to make the first International Yoga Day on June 21, a memorable event in the national Capital by organising mass Yoga camp at Rajpath with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi performing Yoga as chief guest on the stage.
“The event of International Yoga Day on June 21 is going to be January 26-like arrangement. All the routes leading to Rajpath would be diverted from the <g data-gr-id="21">mid-night</g> to ensure security. Delhi Police <g data-gr-id="23">have</g> already started making special security arrangement for the event,” said MK Meena, Joint
Commissioner of Police, New Delhi Range. The officers close to the arrangements revealed that the Prime Minister will perform Yoga while the schoolchildren will do yoga on the Rajpath. “The cadets of National Cadet Corps along with selected yoga organisations from Delhi and neighbouring states will also participate in the programme. The personnel of various police forces will also take part in the event,” said another officer associated with the event.
According to sources, Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev will also be a part of <g data-gr-id="15">the the</g> event. The United Nations Organisation (UNO) had recently declared June 21 as International Yoga Day.
