Raj Aggarwal first Indian diplomat in Wales

Raj K Aggarwal, an Anglo-Indian pharmacist and businessman, has been commissioned as the first Indian diplomat in Wales at a special ceremony. India’s envoy Jaimini Bhagwati presented him the Commission on Thursday.
