Railway minister Gowda inspects freight terminals at Tughlakabad

Railway minister DV Sadananda Gowda inspected freight terminals at Ballabhgarh and ICD Container Depot, Tughlakabad on Monday. The union minister visited the sites to have a firsthand feel of the freight business of Indian Railways.
At Ballabhgarh Goods Shed, he listened not only to the railway staff at the cutting edge but also interacted with the merchants, handling agents and labour regarding their various grievances. He has directed that the sanctioned work of two full length handling lines and paving along with drains should be expedited. He also directed that high mast lights should be provided in goods unloading area.
