Rahul’s team tweets his pics in Aspen

In an attempt to silence the criticism surrounding his absence, the office of Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi posted a picture on Twitter of him attending a conference in Aspen. “Very interesting discussions on the global economy & the disruptive power of tech at the conference in Aspen (sic)” tweeted Gandhi’s office, along with his picture. The picture was posted ostensibly to silence those who doubted Gandhi’s presence in the ‘New Media and International Affairs Conference’ in Colorado. Congress leader Milind Deora also tweeted some pictures of Rahul Gandhi. Controversy has surrounded Gandhi’s absence the last few days.
