‘Provide copy of documents seized from CMO by Dec 28’

A special CBI court on Wednesday directed CBI to provide the copy of documents seized from Rajender Kumar’s office to Delhi Government. The court has directed Delhi government to collect the copies from CBI headquarters by December 28. Senior lawyer H S Phoolka filed a petition in a special CBI court seeking copies of the seized documents.

Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday said the BJP had exposed itself by suspending its MP Kirti Azad who had alleged corruption in Delhi’s cricket body.

“Kirti Azad’s fault was that he raised his voice against corruption. The BJP stands completely exposed today. The BJP is drowned in corruption,” the Aam Aadmi Party leader tweeted in Hindi.

The former cricketer has alleged massive corruption in the Delhi and District Cricket Association, which now Finance Minster Arun Jaitely had headed for years.
