‘Poonam will bring recognition to my performance in Nasha’

Actor Shivam, who stars opposite Poonam Pandey in Nasha, is not bothered about being ignored at the promotional events for the film. 

‘I know Poonam Pandey will bring in a lot of audience for the film, which is only good for me. My job was to give my best in the two hours. After that if marketing is focusing more on Poonam Pandey, that is not a problem for me,’ Shivam said here Wednesday in an interview. Nasha has been directed by Amit Saxena and hits theatres 26 July. 

‘She is established, people know her and she will bring recognition to my performance in the film. So I don’t really care, my two hours in the film are my moment, that’s where I want to shine,’ he said. 

Shivam is still in his teens, but harbours dreams to work with big directors like Anurag Kashyap and Abhishek Kapoor.
