PIO Bedi Ajay Singh News Corp arm CFO

News Corp on Monday announced its was splitting into two publicly traded firms and named Indian-origin executive, Bedi Ajay Singh, as CFO of its new publishing company. A fellow of the UK Institute of Chartered Accountants, Singh previously served as CFO at Novartis and SONY.
