Parliament’s Winter Session from 5 December

Winter Session of Parliament will be held from 5 December to 20 December.
A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs (CCPA), chaired by defence minister AK Antony, here on Monday.
The Winter Session is generally a month-long affair but this time it had been curtailed in view of Assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Delhi and Mizoram.
