Pakistan rains, flood toll rises to 118

At least 118 people have been killed and more than 800 injured in the continuing rains and floods in Pakistan, the government said on Tuesday.
More than half a million people have also been affected as the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) was struggling to rescue the people and provide relief to the uprooted victims.
Eastern province of Punjab has been badly hit by the floods where 34 people have been killed and 747 injured.
Narowal, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Nankanasab, Gujrat and Rajanpur are among the worst hit districts of the province. At least 26 people have been killed in Sindh, 24 in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, 18 in Balochistan and 12 in tribal areas.
Four people were also killed in Bagh area of Kashmir.
