Pakistan airlines officials demand security after calls for closure

The signboard announcing the city office of the Pakistan International Airlines on Barakhamba, was reportedly dirtied by unidentified miscreants on Monday.
According to the police, when the office reopened on Monday after a three-day Eid holiday, the employees found a dark substance had been used to put a smudge on the that there were dark smudge on the name plate and the glass outside the office.
The employees also found a few sheets of paper, on which had been written the word, ‘Close the office immediately’. There were also allegedly a few sheets of paper which carried the Shiv Sena’s name. Scared employees have demanded for security. 'We received a call at approximately 11 am and sent a team of officials to the address immediately,' said a police official. Police has registered a case under section 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) of Indian Penal Code( IPC) at Barakhamba police station.
CCTV footage of the premises have shown two men entering the office on Sunday. 'We are trying to identify those two men, though they aren’t seen striking out the name,’ he said.
