Over 90 pc citizens against note ban, claims survey

A survey conducted by local political organisations in the city has found that more than 90 per cent of the people in Delhi are against demonetisation.
The survey – which was conducted in the localities of Narela, Mukundpur, Jahangirpuri, Wazirpur, Vijay Nagar, Kalyanpuri, Mandawali, Vasant Vihar, Sangam Vihar and Najafgarh – took into account students and working-class residents in these areas and spanned over three days. The surveyors, mainly comprising Left-leaning bodies, claimed that among 53,227 participants, 48,756 voted against note ban.
