Other suspects at large, Embassy in Washington DC locked down

After the shooting the Canadian Embassy in Washington has been lock down too and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in USA has also raised its Alert posture after the incident.
The Canadian Police is investigating several shooting incidents according to CNN. The incident happens two days after the Canadian Parliament voted to authorize air strikes against ISIS in Iraq. The Islamic group retaliated by calling for strikes in Canada. Although the connection to this incident is still not proved, it is being probed.
