Oppn chief whip denied red beacon

The Delhi police have outrightly rejected a proposal that seeks red beacon for the Chief Whip of the opposition party. ‘As and when authorisation ... is received from the Ministry of Home Affairs and Delhi government, it will be circulated to all traffics field functionaries for necessary action.
