Online Student Support Services launched at NIOS meeting

The Online Student Support Services was launched at the 20th Regional Directors meeting of the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) held on 30 June and 1 July at the NIOS headquarters here. Online Student Support Services will enable learners to submit online requests for correction in name, date of birth, issue of duplicate documents, besides, an Online File Tracking System,’ said Sanyam Bhardwaj, director, Student Support Services Department. ‘Regional Directors need to address core issues such as empowering learners, strengthening of student support services and harnessing technological inputs,’ said UN Khaware, secretary, NIOS.
