One killed in road mishap

A 35-year-old woman was killed after an RTV she was travelling in overturned at Mangolpuri, in outer district, police said on Friday. Another woman was severely injured and is undergoing treatment.
According to sources, the RTV was on its way from Sultanpuri to Yala late on Thursday evening. Two women, Krishna, 35 and Sandeep Kaur, 38, were travelling in it.
‘The RTV was speeding across Mangolpuri flyover when it suddenly overturned,’ said a police official.
The victims, Krishna and Kaur, were injured. They were taken to Sanjay Gandhi hospital, where Krishna was declared dead on arrival. Her body has been sent for post mortem and RTV driver Dinesh has been arrested.
