One hurt as glass pane falls on him

A group D staff at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport was injured when a glass pane at the airport fell on him on Monday evening. 

He was taken to a private hospital with some injury on his body. The doctors in the hospital said that the condition of the patient is stable. Senior officials of the airport authorities rushed to the spot after the incident. 

No passenger was injured in the incident. The airport officials were looking into the matter. It may be mentioned that this is not for the first time glass pane has broken and fell on the ground. 

There had been previous instances where glass panes inside the NSCBI Airport had crashed. After the new terminal became operational there were few incidents when the glass panes fell down.
