The Indian Railways has stepped up effort to add new tracks for smooth traffic, a top official has said, a move that is likely to check delays in movements of goods and passengers.  “For smooth movement of passenger and goods trains, the Railways have specially taken up the task of adding new tracks. We are happy that trains are running on time on Allahabad-Mughalsarai route,” Member Personnel Pradeep Kumar told officials at a meeting.
