Nupur Sharma alleges manhandling

The polling day on Saturday witnessed a high voltage drama on television when BJP candidate from New Delhi, Nupur Sharma charged AAP volunteers of misbehaving with her and some of her party colleagues. The AAP rejected it as an attempt to gain sympathy. Sharma alleged that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) volunteers misbehaved with her at around 11.45 am near India Gate and pushed her around when she tried to stop their illegal campaigning. In another incident it was alleged that a BJP worker was roughed up when he objected to senior AAP leader Sanjay Singh abusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi in North Avenue. AAP has denied this charge also.
