NTPC presents ‘Long Service Awards’ to its employees

Eastern Region I Headquarters organised Long Service Award on Saturday. As many as 31 employees of NTPC Limited, Kanti Bijlee Utpadan Nigam Limited (KBUNL) and Nabinagar Power Generating Company Limited (NPGCL) were honoured with ‘Long Service Award’ at a function. In all 29 employees received gold coins and certificates for 25 years of continuous service in NTPC, while two got silver plaques and certificates for 15 years of continuous service.
U P Pani, Regional Executive Director(East I) of NTPC Limited presented the awards to the recipients in presence of C S Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, KBUNL, D Chakrabarty, Chief Executive Officer, NPGCL and Mohinder Singh, General Manager (HR), ER I HQ. The function started with lighting of ceremonial lamp by Pani, Geeta Pani, President of Sujata Ladies Club, NTPC ER I HQ, Gupta and Chakrabarty and rendition of NTPC Geet. This was followed by welcome address by Singh and speech by Gupta, Chakrabarty and Pani.
