NTPC Dadri pumps up CSR initiative

A cardiac care camp has been held at NTPC Dadri. The camp, organised by NTPC Dadri Hospital in association with Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Ghaziabad, was inaugurated by NTPC RED (NC&CA) A N Dave.
NTPC Dadri General Manager (In-Charge) D K Sood, NTPC Hospital CMO Dr B B Dash, as well as doctors and specialists, too were present on the occasion.
On this occasion, Yashoda Group of Hospitals Head (Cardiology) Dr (Col) Nikhil Kumar gave an overview about the occurrence of heart attacks among patients and preventive measures for the disease through a presentation.
Dr Kumar also emphasised the need for awareness about cardiac care and lifestyle modifications.
As many as 87 patients were screened for heart disease at the camp, jointly by a team of doctors and specialists from NTPC Hospital and Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Ghaziabad.
