Not just a pretty face!

Ananya Dutta. You have seen her numerous times before on TV as well in magazines and print adverts. This pretty lady is a well known model and actor and now she is taking it all up a notch with her own YouTube videos under Sanjeev Kapoor’s channel (#sanjeevkapoorkhazana) and she calls it Ananya’s Passion (#ananyaspassion). 

So how did this all start? ‘I always liked to cook,’ admits Dutta adding that this show is just an extension of herself, ‘Nothing you see online is rehearsed, that’s just me being...well...me!’ And yes! We like what we see! She doesn’t call herself a chef, mind you! Call her a foodie, a food enthusiast or even an aspiring chef if you may - this lady is more than happy to share her favourite recipes with you.  

The videos online has Dutta whipping up easy to make, yummy recipes in the kitchen and she assures that most people can make it as well. Cooking isn’t rocket science and if you love to do it, it isn’t that difficult, says Dutta. She explains that nowadays the younger generation takes cooking more seriously than we might admit, people actually like to cook and it is not about very complicated and elaborate recipes - it is about easy, delicious ones that makes one get up and want to cook it again. In fact, that is how it started for Dutta. She was friends with star chef Sanjeev Kapoor and often spoke to him about food and her love for it. She is as much a chef as she is a foodie. And all the discussions did her good because he offered that she bring it to the forefront with Ananya’s Passion.
