Noida admin, Home ministry officials gear up for PM’s visit

In view of PM Narendra Modi’s visit in Noida on Tuesday, the Home ministry officials and Noida district administration’s senior officials held a meeting and visited the programme venue to ensure the security arrangements.

According to senior official, three teams of SPG and paramilitary force will take possession at the venue by Sunday evening to ensure security drill. The Noida Police claimed to prepare a road map of security at the venue and at all the major roads of PM’s route. Reviewing the security arrangements at the venue, SSP Gautam Budh Nagar, S Kiran and Dinesh Yadav, SP-City visited the Sector-62 park where Modi is to address a massive rally. “Three tier security arrangements have been made and six long mobile towers have been installed with CCTV cameras were also installed at the venue. The police have made adequate arrangements on account of PM’s rally, our police personnel will keep an eye on every activity, the visitors will be frisked with metal detectors,” said Dinesh Yadav, SP-City.

Mohammad Mustafa, Joint Secretary with the Union Finance ministry, visited the programme venue and directed the officials to ensure that preparations are as per the specified standards.
