“Mischievous reports in circulation have been trying to create an erroneous impression that some names for nomination to the Delhi Medical Council, during the Assembly election process, were cleared.
The Aam Aadmi Party is of the clear view that a regulatory body, particularly for the medical profession, must comprise individuals with impeccable integrity,” said the AAP in a press statement.
“It has been brought to notice that the panel proposed during the President’s rule in Delhi, includes an individual against whom serious charges of professional misconduct are pending. The Aam
Aadmi Party Delhi unit will meet state Health Minister Satyendra Jain and will apprise him of the attempts to push individuals involved in unethical practices,” the statement added.
