NMML hosts prog on Dr syama prasad mookherjee

The Nehru Memorial Museum and Library under Ministry of Culture and Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee Research Foundation, organised an inaugural function of the Exhibition titled ‘Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee: A Selfless Patriot’ in the Auditorium of the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library.

 Dr Mahesh Sharma, MoS, Culture and Tourism (I/C) and Civil Aviation presided over the function. Amit Shah, President, BJP inaugurated the exhibition which covered multifaceted aspects of the life and legacy of Mookerjee.

 Speaking on the occasion Shah stressed on various contributions made by Mookerjee. Prof Tathagata Roy, Governor of Tripura, while delivering the Special Lecture highlighted Mookerjee’s remarkable achievements in his short life.
