New video of Rohtak sisters beating up boy, now in park

The new video went viral on Tuesday after the video was uploaded on YouTube and Facebook by the person (who does not want to be named), in the early hours of Tuesday. According to Prashant (name changed), a resident of Bhiwani, the incident took place on November 6 at about 11 am at a local park in Dafar in Rohtak.

Speaking to Millennium Post, Prashant said, “I was on my way with my friend to buy a mobile and I heard loud voice of a female abusing someone. To check the matter, we went inside the park and saw two girls holding rucksack bags were abusing a boy sitting on a bench. Immediately I unlocked my phone to make the video.”

“The two girls used abusive language, that is unacceptable from women. They started thrashing the boy and one of them kicked him on his private part. The boy screamed and tried to escape but the girls foiled his attempt. Somehow he managed to flee from the spot,” he added.

Prashant who is pursuing B.Tech from Guru Jambeshwar University in Hissar did not shared or uploaded the video until late Sunday evening when he saw the news of Rohtak sisters thrashing their alleged harassers abroad a Haryana Roadways bus. “Initially I could not identify the girls as news channels were showing the blur faces. But I recognised their voice and later identified them as the same girls whom I video-graphed few days ago,” Prashant said.

Smelling rat in the case, on Monday morning I uploaded the new video on Facebook and YouTube that later went viral. “Isn’t it suspicious that the two sisters are the serial victims of eve-teasing and are serial bravehearts of Rohtak,” Prashant said.

Commenting on the new Video, Puja (19) younger sister told Millennium Post that on November 6 when she along with  her sister Arti (22) were on their way to college. “We were passing the park and a boy passed lewd comments. When opposed he made me fall by obstructing his leg. I slapped him and the scuffle started,” she said.

After the new video went viral too, the family members of Kuldeep, Mohit and Deepak approached Prashant to handover the video to police and become an eye-witness regarding the new video. Prashant denied the request adding, “I do not want to be the part of any controversy.”

Yashpal Khatana, DSP Law and Order, Rohtak confirmed the news of the new video and said, “I have asked the SHO to handover the video to me and SP of Rohtak. We will investigate the case in all
plausible angles.”
