New battalion for central forces in Haryana

Announcing a slew of incentives for the people of Haryana, the Union Minister of State for Home Jitendra Singh has said that a new battalion and Training Centre for the central forces would be set up and special recruitment would be launched in the state. He also announced Rs 5 crore for the auditorium of Sunaria Police Training College.

Singh had come to inspect the passing out parade of 407 women constable recruits at the Sunaria Police Training College near Rohtak. He praised the valour of the Haryana soldiers and police personnel.

While referring to the official data of the union government, Jitendra Singh said Haryana has come up as the most progressive state during the last seven years. He also praised the leadership of  Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda.

Singh said Rs 350 crore would be spent to bring the fifteen thousand police stations in country online. He also said that naxalism and terrorism were serious problems and the intelligence systems should be strengthened further.
