Naval vessel sinks at Visakhapatnam

One person has been killed and four people are missing after a small naval vessel sank outside Visakhapatnam harbour due to flooding, according to Navy sources. 23 people have been rescued so far. Full-scale search and rescue operations are under way, the Navy sources said.
