Union minister felicitates Int’l para swimmer Lohia

In a bid to boost the morale of para players, Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment Virendra Kumar felicitated International Para Swimmer Satendra Singh Lohia, who scripted history by crossing the English Channel to and fro. Speaking on the occasion, the minister praised the efforts of Lohia for his outstanding effort in bringing glory to the nation. The minister also interacted with Lohia and enquired about his successful and inspiring journey, achievements and challenges. The para champion also met DEPwD Secretary Rajesh Agarwal and other senior officers of the Department. Aggarwal took suggestions from Lohia for the Sports Centre which is going to be established at Gwalior.
