Naidu urges officers to work to people's satisfaction

New Delhi: Urging senior IAS officers to learn things from the society and environment to bring efficiency, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Monday explained them about the main elements involved in serving the people. Naidu urged officers to work for the satisfaction of people.
Throwing light on the development of Andhra Pradesh, which took place post bifurcation of the state, Naidu said, "Those who can learn continuously can make wonders. You all are future leaders and your contributions would in help building India a developed country."
Highlighting the importance of environment, Naidu said, "The state is aiming to achieve 50 per cent green cover by 2029. We are developing a smart water grid by conserving water and linking of rivers. Andhra Pradesh has achieved 100 per cent electrification and 24x7 power supply to every household. Now, we are going for smart power grid with the help of technology."
During his presentation, he showcased 'CM Core dashboard' built to facilitate real-time governance where the state can monitor welfare schemes and other government services in real time. 'To promote good governance, we are using CM Connect, Praishkara Vedika, Kaizala and People First applications to address public grievances. We want to ultimately achieve above 80 per cent public satisfaction levels', he added.
Speaking on the topic 'Next Level Competency' Naidu addressed 450 officers of All India Services and Civil Services at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie.
During his presentation, Naidu showcased 'CM core dashboard' built to facilitate real-time governance where the state can monitor welfare schemes and other government services in real time. "To promote good governance, we are using CM Connect, Praishkara Vedika, Kaizala and People First applications to address public grievances. We want to ultimately achieve 80 per cent plus public satisfaction levels," the Andhra CM said.
