Multi-tracking projects to be implemented in Eastern Railway

Amar Prakash Dwivedi, General manager of Eastern Railway hold a press conference at Eastern Railways’ Headquarters, Fairlie Place, Kolkata on Wednesday wherein the general manager enlightened on the implication of this cabinet decision on Eastern Railway. Currently, 35 trains are operational each way, and this number will increase to 100 by 2050.
