Mann opens hospital in Cheema

Chandigarh: Ensuring superior health facilities in villages, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Thursday inaugurated the Sant Attar Singh Ji Maharaj Hospital at Cheema village. The 30-bedded facility built at a cost of Rs 11.70 crore begins serving tens of thousands across the region. The CM emphasised that the hospital will benefit around 50,000 people across 15 villages, while also strengthening access to affordable and quality treatment for nearly 35,000–40,000 residents in nearby areas.
