Hooda calls Khattar Hry’s ‘accidental CM’
Chandigarh: Union minister Manohar Lal Khattar and former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda are at loggerheads yet again as the former called Jawaharlal Nehru an “accidental Prime Minister”.
Reacting to the Union minister’s remarks against the country’s first Prime Minister, Hooda termed Khattar an “accidental CM” of Haryana.
Hooda said that it does not suit a person who himself became an accidental Chief Minister to call someone an accidental Prime Minister.
“The BJP government has no achievements of its own. Despite being in power for 10 years, Haryana has reached the lowest level in terms of per capita income, per capita investment, and employment under BJP rule,” he stated.
Meanwhile, Hooda has said that unseasonal rains and canal breakage have caused large-scale crop damage in the state and the state government should conduct Girdawari on priority so that farmers can get compensation on time. He said farmers from many villages met him whose land was damaged.
