Haryana government to streamline process of re-employment of staff
Chandigarh: The Haryana government has decided to streamline the process of cases of re–employment of employees. A letter to this effect was issued by Chief
Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal here Tuesday.
It has been decided that after the approval of the Chief Minister, the case of re-employment will be sent to the Human Resources and Finance Department within three days positively. The Human Resources and Finance Department will issue their advice within 15 days from the receipt of the proposal.
Further, it has been decided that the agenda for the Council of Ministers shall be placed in the very first forthcoming meeting of the Council of Ministers.
The letter further states that it has been observed many times that cases of re-employment are being delayed by the administrative departments to be sent to Human Resources and Finance Department for concurrence or advice, due to which such proposal is placed before the Council of
Ministers for consideration at a belated stage.
The Council of Ministers has taken a serious view
in this regard.
