Condition of Pakur rape victim stable

Pakur (Jharkhand): The condition of the minor girl, who was allegedly raped and set on fire by her neighbour in Pakur district, is stated to be stable as she was shifted to the Bokaro General Hospital.

The condition of the girl is stable, who suffered 70 per cent burns, acting civil surgeon BK Singh said.

The girl was initially admitted to a nursing home at Jangipur in Murshidabad district by her relatives and later shifted to the Malda Medical College and Hospital in West Bengal yesterday.

She was taken to the Bokaro hospital on Sunday night, the police said.
