New Delhi: Speculation is rife that former Trinamool Congress leader Mukul Roy may be crossing over to the BJP, but the conciliation has yet to be finalised.
Even after two long hours meeting between BJP chief Amit Shah and party's national general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya at the party headquarters here on Saturday evening, newsmen were kept in ambiguity.
Though the political buzz of Roy's joining to the saffron party was on the same day, but still his political future seems to be in uncertainty.
"Roy's joining was not in our agenda. There are two upcoming important elections in Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat. Thus we had discussions on elections. I just came back from Kolkata and would be going on Sunday again, then will talk to the state leaders," BJP state in-charge Kailash Vijayvargiya told media persons after the meeting with Shah.
